Problem with logging in to EXAM

Resolution

The problem has now been fixed and it is possible to log in to EXAM again.

Issue

A nationwide outage has been detected in the EXAM system. Unfortunately, logging in to the system is currently not possible.

When login is possible again, students can make a change to their EXAM booking or book a new one after the previous booking has expired.

The problem is currently under investigation.

Logging problem resolved.

The problem was due to an incomplete retrieval of user data.

Issue

Some users have problems with logging in to Intranet.

The issue is currently under investigation by the service provider.

Pakki and Peppi unavailable 13 October

Issue

Pakki and Peppi are unavailable whole day on the 13th of October. The services are converted to use TUNI user accounts.

The maintenance break starts at 8am, and services become available when the conversion has been done.

  • Accreditation and Study Entitlement Extension applications

Maintenance break in intranet, main website and content machine on Thu 8 October

Issue

Intranet (intra.tuni.fi), public main site (www.tuni.fi) and Content machine services will be under maintenance on Thursday 8 October. Due to the maintenance, short breaks might occur between 7.30 and 9.00.

Service break in TUNI Moodle 8 Oct

Issue

Service provider will make network changes to Moodle server environment. TUNI Moodle will shut down on Thursday, 8 October at 00:00. Moodle will be again available on Thursday morning at 06:00 at latest. Please note that Moodle can’t be used during that time.

Teachers: adjust Moodle assignment deadlines so that there is no deadline in late Wednesday evening.

Students: Moodle content and assignments are not available during the Moodle service break.
