Issue

Intranet (intra.tuni.fi), public main site (tuni.fi), Content machine, Student’s guide (tuni.fi/en/students-guide) and public IT Services site (tuni.fi/en/it-services) services will be under maintenance on Thursday 1 September. Due to the maintenance, short breaks might occur between 7.30 and 9.00.

Service break in SAP (TAU) and Mepco (TAU+TAMK) systems on Friday, 26 August

Issue

During the break, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP Portal, Travel, Martti, Opentext and Mepco systems are not in use.

Because of the service break, the automatic system operations are not running, so there can be delays in updating data (e.g. new work contracts and user IDs) during the weekend.

Microsoft services out of reach on campus network and VPN connections

Resolution

Issue seems to be resolved by the service provider.

Issue

Connection to Microsoft cloud services is having problems at the moment. The issue seems to be related to campus network and TUNI VPN connections. If you are having trouble with Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint etc, try disconnecting VPN or sharing the network from your smartphone.

Issue is being investigated, we’re sorry for the inconvenience.
