Problem with log in to the M2 service

There is a problem in the M2 service and it is not possible to log in to the service for the time being.

The service provider is investigating the issue.

Maintenance evening on Tuesday 18 June

Issue

TAMK: SQL server mydb.tamk.fi will be shut down for good. The databases on the server will not be available anymore, and all of the data will be removed. Users of the server have seen sent targeted email about this.

During the maintenance evening breaks will occur in the following packaged services of the higher education community:

  • Services requiring a Haka login
  • Single Sign On system
  • Moodle learning environments
  • Electronic services of the staff and students
  • Changing the password, activating a new user account
  • Websites, blogs and the intranet
  • Networks, including wireless networks
  • Printing and scanning
  • Workstations and home directories

Service break in Pakki and Peppi and related systems on 17-18 June

Issue

Students’ Desktop Pakki and staff services in Peppi are completely unavailable between June 17th and 18th because of migration to new servers. Also systems related to those cannot be used.

Intranet news will be posted when the service break is over.
