Turnitin licence problem resolved.
Issue
Turnitin originality checks do not work at the moment. The problem is related to our Turnitin licence.
The issue is under investigation.

During this maintenance window the bot dialogues will be migrating onto a new structure. Some dialogues may not be fully functional while this process is ongoing.
We expect the impact to be minimal. However, you still have the option of having your bots temporarily disabled in order to avoid even any minor potential issues during this period.
