Issue

During the maintenance evening breaks will occur in the following packaged services of the higher education community:

  • Services requiring a Haka login
  • Single Sign On system
  • Moodle learning environments
  • Office 365 service, including email
  • Electronic services of the staff and student
  • Changing the password, activating a new user account
  • Websites, blogs and the intranet
  • Networks, including wireless networks
  • Printing and scanning
  • Workstations and home directories

Maintenance break in intranet, main website and content machine on Thu 22 October

Issue

Intranet (intra.tuni.fi), public main site (www.tuni.fi) and Content machine services will be under maintenance on Thursday 22 October. Due to the maintenance, short breaks might occur between 7.30 and 9.00.

Efecte maintenance 21 October

Issue

The new version of Efecte will be in production on 21 October, 2020 between 17-22. During the update, https://servicedesk.tuni.fi/ and https://helpdesk.tuni.fi/ are disabled.

Problem with logging in to EXAM

Resolution

The problem has now been fixed and it is possible to log in to EXAM again.

Issue

A nationwide outage has been detected in the EXAM system. Unfortunately, logging in to the system is currently not possible.

When login is possible again, students can make a change to their EXAM booking or book a new one after the previous booking has expired.

The problem is currently under investigation.

Resolution

Logging problem resolved.

The problem was due to an incomplete retrieval of user data.

Issue

Some users have problems with logging in to Intranet.

The issue is currently under investigation by the service provider.
