Resolution

TUNI Moodle slowdown and database issues fixed. Service provider increased database connections.

The slowdown was due to that there were more users in Moodle today because the teaching started in many places at the same time.

TUNI Moodle has intermittent slowdown and database problem.

The service provider is investigating the problem.

Zoom capacity ran out from NORDUnet’s server which caused logging and breakout room problems, as well as a lower quality camera image.

NORDUnet will increase its server capacity Thursday 27 and further on Friday 28.

Maintenance break in intranet, main website and content machine on Thu 27 August

Intranet (intra.tuni.fi), public main site (www.tuni.fi) and Content machine services will be under maintenance on Thursday 27 August. Due to the maintenance, short breaks might occur between 7.30 and 9.00.
