Zoom capacity ran out from NORDUnet’s server which caused logging and breakout room problems, as well as a lower quality camera image.

NORDUnet will increase its server capacity Thursday 27 and further on Friday 28.

Maintenance break in intranet, main website and content machine on Thu 27 August

Intranet (intra.tuni.fi), public main site (www.tuni.fi) and Content machine services will be under maintenance on Thursday 27 August. Due to the maintenance, short breaks might occur between 7.30 and 9.00.

TUNI Groups portal will be updated on August 21, 2020

Issue

TUNI Groups portal will be updated by the service provider on August 21, 2020.

During the update, usage of the portal (https://tuni.fi/groups) is unavailable and it is not be possible to create new TUNI Groups.

The update fixes problems with the use of the portal. Usage of existing TUNI Groups applications, such like Teams, SharePoint and Planner, is possible since the update will only concern TUNI Groups portal.

Please contact IT Helpdesk, if you face problems with the TUNI Groups portal after the update.
