Problems with access to Microsoft Teams

Issue
Users may be unable to access Microsoft Teams through both the web and desktop client. Acces via mobile app seems to be unaffected.
Current status: The service is performing well. If a user is still experiencing impact, they need to restart their clients to recover.

Interruption in the transfer of student records to the Virta database

Issue
An interruption has occurred in the transfer of student records to Virta, a centralised database in which Finnish higher education institutions maintain copies of their student records. As a result of the interruption, authorised external stakeholders with access to Virta are not able to verify the student status of some of our students. The issue is under investigation by the service provider.
The interruption may cause problems when using the following services: Kela, the Finnish Student Health Service, the Koski database, and the Pivo mobile student card.
To verify your student status, you can request a certificate of student status form the Student Affairs Office if necessary.

TUNI Wiki update on 22 April

The TUNI Wiki will be updated to a new version on 22 April starting from 20.00.
Before updating, make sure you’ve saved your changes to the pages.
After the update, the TUNI Wiki will not work with Internet Explorer browser.

Issue
Extensive maintenance break affects the visibility of intranet content. Thursday 22 April an intranet version update will be made from 17.00. Due to a change in search functionality, the contents of the intranet will be re-indexed. During the procedure, the contents (news, events, handbook pages, unit pages, user profiles) will appear incomplete for some time.
Content re-indexing is estimated to take 3-4 hours, after which the content will reappear.
Updated at 20.55: Re-indexing is still in progress for person profiles. You can speed up the updating of your person profile and targeting information by signing in to intra again.
