Some users have had a login problem with  Aarre because of the version update made last week. So far, very many users have been helped by restarting the machine and logging in directly at tuni.fi/aarre.

We aim to get a solution as soon as possible.

The source of the increased error rates with viewing sessions containing clips has been mitigated and all Panopto sessions should work normally.

Issue

Panopto warns that the Panopto Cloud is experiencing an increased error rate in viewing sessions containing clips. Clips feature is used to splice multiple Panopto videos (sessions) together. See How to Use Add a Clip to Splice Multiple Sessions Together.

Other Panopto videos are not affected by this problem.
