Panopto resolved the issue and Panopto site works normally.

During a site outage, end users are unable to access the service meaning they are unable to access your site, nor view, edit or upload new recordings.

Mandatory information security training after deadline 31 May

The deadline to complete the mandatory information security training was 31 May 2023. If you did not make the course by the deadline, you have to reset your password. Please change the password at id.tuni.fi and complete then the course in Moodle.

Service break in SAP systems on Wednesday 14 June

Issue

SAP ECC, Opentext, Martti and Travel  are not available on Wednesday 14 June from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m due to a maintenance break.

Also, the running of financial software robots and interfaces will not be running during the outage and will be restarted by Thursday morning 15 June at the latest.

Interruptions in network connections of TAMK Mediapolis building

Issue

Network device replacements will cause interruptions and short outages in the network connections in TAMK Mediapolis building.

The change work will start with the wireless network, after which the wired connections will be changed one by one. From the point of view of an individual user, the estimated duration of the connection outage is a few minutes at most.

Dates for changes:

  • Thursday 8.6. 1st and 0th floor
  • Friday 9.6. 1st floor
  • Monday 12.6. 2nd floor
  • Tuesday 13.6. 3rd and 4th floor

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

These changes are a part of network renewal project. Network devices are replaced in campuses during 2023 to better serve the current and future needs of the Tampere university community.
