Issue

During the maintenance evening breaks will occur in the following packaged services of the higher education community:

  • Services requiring a Haka login
  • Single Sign On system
  • Moodle learning environments
  • Electronic services of the staff and students
  • Changing the password, activating a new user account
  • Websites, blogs and the intranet
  • Networks, including wireless networks
  • Printing and scanning
  • Workstations and home directories

We apologise the inconvenience caused by the maintenance.

TUNI Moodle service break 21 July at 17.00-18.00

Issue

Service provider will make security and other updates to Moodle during the maintenance evening.

Remember to submit your work in Moodle before 17.00.

Problem with SoleTM system

SoleTM system is currently not working.

The issue is under investigation.

Integration service issues

Issue

The integration service has crashed last night. The fault interferes the logging in the university’s course feedback system, the laboratory work reservation and evaluation system Alva and the student selection system Vaappu.

The fault has been located and backups are currently being restored. The outage is expected to last at least around 6 p.m.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Panopto Cloud service break Sun 26 June 2022

Issue

TUNI Panopto cloud site will be updated with the latest features and improvements on Sunday, Jun 26th 2022. We expect up to 4 hours of downtime, with a start time of midnight 00:00 EET.

During the downtime, you will not be able to access videos on your Panopto site, and any attempts to upload from recording clients will result in a “Server unable to connect” message.
