Special maintenances

Maintenance break in TUNI Moodle from 18pm to 18.30pm. TUNI Moodle is not available during the maintenance break.

TAMK: Sign in to TUNI-Wiki with TUNI account from 20 March onwards. Select “Login with TUNI account” -option on the login page.

TAU: TUNI-Wiki login page changes from 20 March onwards. Sign in selecting “Login with TUNI account” on the login page.

During the evening breaks will occur in the following packaged services of the higher education community:

  • Services requiring a Haka login
  • Single Sign On system
  • Moodle learning environments
  • Office 365 service, including email
  • Electronic services of the staff and students, including Student’s desktop, Opsi, Opsu, Pop, Rock, Tabula
  • Changing the password, activating a new user account
  • Websites, blogs and the intranet
  • Networks, including wireless networks
  • Printing and scanning
  • Workstations and home directories

We regret the inconvenience caused by the maintenance.

Maintenance break in intranet, main website and content machine on Thu 19 March

Issue

Intranet (intra.tuni.fi), public main site (tuni.fi) and Content machine services will be under maintenance on Thursday 19 March. Due to the maintenance, short breaks might occur between 7.30 and 9.00.

Problem uploading new videos from Panopto software

Resolution

The issue has been resolved but users will experience a degraded performance as the upload backlog is being processed.

We are investigating a problem where some uploads from Panopto software are failing. Moodle uploads are working normally.

Messaging-related functionality problems within Microsoft Teams.

User impact has been mitigated. All systems functional.

Issue

Unfortunately it seems the the problem from Monday has reappeared.

We’re investigating messaging-related functionality problems within Microsoft Teams.

User Impact: Some users may be unable to create a team and update team memberships within the Microsoft Teams service. Additionally, some users may be unable to send and receive Instant Messages (IM) and be unable to schedule or create meetings.
