Problem with Digicampus service

Resolution

A technical problem with the DigiCampus platform has been fixed. The DigiCampus platform was unavailable at the time of the problem. The problem started on 11.4.2024 at 6:00 AM and continued until 06:17 PM. This was followed by a problem with the HAKA login, which was fixed at 06:40 PM.

Issue

A problem has been detected with Digicampus service. The service is currently unavailable.

The problem is under investigation.

TUNI Moodle service break Thu 11 April between 00-06:30

Issue

Service provider will make changes to Moodle server environment. Because of this, TUNI Moodle will shut down on Thursday 11.4.2024 at 00:00. Moodle will be again available on Thursday morning at 06:30 at latest.

Please note that Moodle can’t be used during that time.

Teachers: adjust Moodle assignment deadlines so that there is no deadline in late Wednesday evening.

Students: Moodle content and assignments are not available during the Moodle service break.
