Issue

The Self-Service Channel (helpdesk.tuni.fi) and the Efecte Service Management System are currently experiencing an unscheduled outage. This outage affects both the production and testing environments.

The problem is under investigation by the system provider.

Wireless network outage on Thursday 6 June

Issue

Due to a software malfunction we need to urgently reboot the wireless network controller systems.

This will cause approximately 15-30 minutes outage to wireless networks on all campuses beginning at 8.30 PM.

The outage does not affect campus wired networks or working remotely.
