Service provider will make changes to Moodle server environment. Because of this, TUNI Moodle will shut down on Thursday 18.7.2024 at 08:00. Moodle will be again available on Thursday afternoon at 16:00 at latest.
Teachers: Please note the Moodle service break when you plan your summer courses.
Students: Moodle content and assignments are not available during the Moodle service break.

Due to a critical software update there is outages in campus wireless network. Outages are shorter than announced total time, but there may be several shorter breaks during that timeframe.
If you are working on campus at the time, use mobile hotspot or wired network instead.

The Self-Service Channel (helpdesk.tuni.fi) and the Efecte Service Management System are currently experiencing an unscheduled outage. This outage affects both the production and testing environments.
The problem is under investigation by the system provider.

Students’ Desktop Pakki and staff services in Peppi are completely unavailable between June 17th and 18th because of migration to new servers. Also systems related to those cannot be used.

Wireless network outage on Thursday 6 June

Due to a software malfunction we need to urgently reboot the wireless network controller systems.
This will cause approximately 15-30 minutes outage to wireless networks on all campuses beginning at 8.30 PM.
The outage does not affect campus wired networks or working remotely.
