Issue

Users may be unable to access Exchange Online using multiple protocols.

This issue primarily affects Outlook on the web, though some users may also experience problems with Outlook desktop and mobile devices. Users able to authenticate to Exchange may experience delays sending and receiving email.

Problems detected also with Microsoft Teams and Sharepoint Online.
