Issue

During the service break at password.tuni.fi and id.tuni.fi service:

  • activating new TUNI accounts is not possible
  • changing and resetting a password as a self-service is not possible; contact IT Helpdesk when necessary
  • new user authorisations cannot be applied for or added

Please note that employment contracts and resource agreements that are added during the service break will only become operational in TUNI id management after the break.

We regret any inconvenience caused by the service break.
