Issue
Problems with links have been fixed. The Promid system now also works with Chrome and Edge browsers. Errors related to working timecard hours are still being investigated.
For some employees, the Promid system displays an incorrect number of plus/minus hours. Users’ clock in/clock out records have not been lost, so if you notice any errors in your time records, please email: promid@tuni.fi.
The supplier is working to resolve the problems.
