Problems logging into the media bank

Issue

For the time being, some users will not be able to log in to media bank. The problem is caused by faulty attributes in the Haka login.
The issue is currently under investigation.

If you are an employee and cannot log in, get in touch the media bank’s contact person mikko.korhonen@tuni.fi. A user authorisation can be provided from TUNI ID management.

We apologise for the inconvenience to users.
