Resolution
Zoom found a workaround, so cloud recordings seems to be working again. Cloud recording re-enabled in TUNI Zoom meetings.
Issue
Zoom cloud recordings are not transfered to Panopto because NORDUnet is not receiving web hooks from Zoom about finished recorded meeting at the moment.
NORDUnet has contacted Zoom and is working on resolving the issue. NORDUnet expects all recordings to show up when the issue is fixed.

Recommendation: Please avoid cloud recording at the moment or do local recording in addition to cloud recording.
