Network device replacements will cause interruptions and short outages in the network connections in TAMK G-building Catering Studio and cafeteria.

The change work will start with the wireless network, after which the wired connections will be changed one by one. From the point of view of an individual user, the estimated duration of the connection outage is a few minutes at most.

Dates for future changes:

  • Wednesday 19.4. at 7-11 Catering Studio and Cafeteria

Outage in Peppi

Issue

The installation is large and applies to all parts of Peppi – Peppi, Pakki, Timetable engine and other services used via Pakki – therefore it requires an outage of at least a couple of days on Monday–Tuesday 21–22 November 2022.

With this update, we will get several fixes and improvements to the study information system Peppi, eg. CreTa and service of paid education.

Problems with timetables and study entitlements

Issue

Timetables in Lukkarikone and Tuudo might be empty or partial for some students, due to study entitlement data is not up-to-date in Peppi.

Student searches in Peppi will not find all of the study entitlements.

Timetable is available in Pakki and Lukkarikone by searching with group codes or course codes. Automatic timetable in Lukkarikone might be empty.

The problem will likely last the whole Friday.
