Zoom cloud recording to Panopto disabled

Investigating

2.9.2024 12:00

Issue

There is a bug in Zoom’s cloud recording, cloud recording to Panopto is currently unavailable. However, Zoom meetings can still be recorded locally on your own computer.

Problems have arisen in Zoom’s cloud recording. This has resulted in the delay of the processing and making the recordings available and has unfortunately led to the loss of recordings that cannot be recovered. Cloud recording is disabled until the fault situation is resolved. Local recording is still possible on your own computer as an MP4 file.
