Problems with timetables and study entitlements

Issue

Timetables in Lukkarikone and Tuudo might be empty or partial for some students, due to study entitlement data is not up-to-date in Peppi.

Student searches in Peppi will not find all of the study entitlements.

Timetable is available in Pakki and Lukkarikone by searching with group codes or course codes. Automatic timetable in Lukkarikone might be empty.

The problem will likely last the whole Friday.

Problem with allocating work time for projects in SoleTM

Issue seems to be resolved by the service provider.

Issue

Connection to Microsoft cloud services is having problems at the moment. The issue seems to be related to campus network and TUNI VPN connections. If you are having trouble with Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint etc, try disconnecting VPN or sharing the network from your smartphone.

Issue is being investigated, we’re sorry for the inconvenience.

Network problems and logging into TUNI services have been detected on various campuses e.g. VPN connections seem to be working insecurely.

Integration service issues

Issue

The integration service has crashed last night. The fault interferes the logging in the university’s course feedback system, the laboratory work reservation and evaluation system Alva and the student selection system Vaappu.

The fault has been located and backups are currently being restored. The outage is expected to last at least around 6 p.m.
