Users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services.
Microsoft reports that the following services are impacted:
-Microsoft Teams
-Exchange Online
-Outlook
-SharePoint Online
-OneDrive for Business
-Microsoft Graph
The problem also impacts on multifactor authentication.
Microsoft is investigating the issue.

Zoom Video Meeting activity in Moodle does not work

Resolution
Zoom resolved the issue with Zoom’s Rest API service, Zoom Video Meeting activity works normally again.
Issue
Zoom’s Rest API has issues which affect Moodle integration. If your Moodle course has Zoom activity (link to course’s Zoom meetings in Zoom portal), that link will show now
Error Code 2207
Normal Zoom meeting URL links works normally.
Teacher: if you have used Zoom activity on your Moodle course, please log in to Zoom and share meeting link to students as normal web URL.

Problem on Windows computers – program icons missing

Issue
Program startup icons have disappeared from some Windows computers. Shortcuts have disappeared e.g. from the desktop, start menu and taskbar. However, the programs have not disappeared from the computer. The problem is worldwide and only affects Windows computers.

Problem has been solved and everything should be working again. If there are any problems, for example with P-drive or S-drive, try logging off and back on or restarting your computer.
Issue
A problem has been detected on the network connections of TUNI network drives, so at least P-drive and S-drive may be experiencing issues. There can also be other issues too, for example computer being unusually slow. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

Resolution
The problem has now been fixed and it is possible to log in to EXAM again.
Issue
There was a disruption in the EXAM login system between 9-10.
Some exams had started normally, but several exams had been blocked or started late due to the disruption. The cause of the disruption is still being investigated.
