Issue

TUNI storage system (NAS) version upgrade will cause short service breaks for TUNI home and group directories (P and S drive).

The installations will be finished during the night between 6.6. and 7.6.

If you can’t access a network folder during the upgrade, please retry after a while.

Microsoft cloud services (OneDrive, Teams, Sharepoint, TUNI Groups) are not affected by the upgrade.

Interruption in the transfer of student records to the Virta database

Issue

An interruption has occurred in the transfer of student records to Virta, a centralised database in which Finnish higher education institutions maintain copies of their student records. As a result of the interruption, authorised external stakeholders with access to Virta are not able to verify the student status of some of our students. The issue is under investigation by the service provider.

The interruption may cause problems when using the following services: Kela, the Finnish Student Health Service, the Koski database, and the Pivo mobile student card.

To verify your student status, you can request a certificate of student status form the Student Affairs Office if necessary.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the interruption!
