Problems with log in to TUNI-STAFF network

Issue

Some users may have problems to log in to TUNI-STAFF network. Use the wireless eduroam / roam.fi network and, if necessary, TUNI-VPN to access the TUNI services.

Mepco – instructions for login and use

Issue

The Mepco system has been now moved to the Certia Service Center.

Initially, when using Mepco from outside the University’s network, a VPN connection is needed. Later the system will be accessible over a public internet connection.

During the service break, Mepco will not be in use.

After the service break, the login address for Mepco will be tuni.fi/mepcotau.

Problems with Promid timecard hours

Issue

Problems with links have been fixed. The Promid system now also works with Chrome and Edge browsers. Errors related to working timecard hours are still being investigated.

For some employees, the Promid system displays an incorrect number of plus/minus hours. Users’ clock in/clock out records have not been lost, so if you notice any errors in your time records, please email: promid@tuni.fi.

The supplier is working to resolve the problems.
