The service management system Efecte is currently operating slowly or not responding at all. This disruption situation significantly complicates and slows down the handling of support and service requests across the university community.

The problem is under investigation by the system supplier.

TUNI Moodle service break Thursday 16 May at 20.00-23.30

Service break in Mepco and SAP systems on 5 May

Issue

During the break, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, Certia service portal, Martti, Opentext, Travel and Mepco will not be available.

Also, the runs of the software robots are not running during the break and the following weekend, the runs will be started on Monday 6 May.

TUNI Moodle 6 hour maintenance break on July 4, 2024

Issue

Service provider will make changes to Moodle server environment. Because of this, TUNI Moodle will shut down on Thursday 4.7.2024 at 08:00. Moodle will be again available on Thursday afternoon at 14:00 at latest.

Teachers: Please note the Moodle service break when you plan your summer courses.

Students: Moodle content and assignments are not available during the Moodle service break.

Problem with Digicampus service

Resolution

A technical problem with the DigiCampus platform has been fixed. The DigiCampus platform was unavailable at the time of the problem. The problem started on 11.4.2024 at 6:00 AM and continued until 06:17 PM. This was followed by a problem with the HAKA login, which was fixed at 06:40 PM.

Issue

A problem has been detected with Digicampus service. The service is currently unavailable.

The problem is under investigation.

Service break in Mepco on Monday 15 April
