Problem with logging in to Efecte

Issue

Logging in to Efecte (https://servicedesk.tuni.fi/) is not possible at the moment.

The self-service channel (https://helpdesk.tuni.fi/) will be able to log in, but no requests for support will be sent to Efecte.

The problem is under investigation.
