During the evening breaks will occur in the following packaged services of the higher education community:
- Services requiring a Haka login
- Single Sign On system
- Moodle learning environments
- Office 365 service, including email
- Electronic services of the staff and students, including Student’s desktop, Opsi, Opsu, Pop, Rock, Tabula
- Changing the password, activating a new user account
- Websites, blogs and the intranet
- Networks, including wireless networks
- Printing and scanning
- Workstations and home directories

Problems with Zoom

Resolution
There was a network related problem which caused disruptions for some users.
Issue
Some users have problems with signing in to Zoom. The error message has been displayed as “Zoom Service is Busy”.
Thre issue is under investigation.

Maintenance break in intranet, main website and content machine on Thu 14 May

Intranet (intra.tuni.fi), public main site (tuni.fi) and Content machine services will be under maintenance on Thursday 14 May. Due to the maintenance, short breaks might occur between 7.30 and 9.00.

TUNI Moodle loading issues

Resolution
TUNI Moodle loading issues are now resolved and system works normally.
Incident was caused by service outage in TUNI Moodle service provider’s cloud services.
If you have issues downloading files from TUNI Moodle or language was changed to English or language menu is not visible after the incident was resolved:
–> Solution: Close your internet browser, restart it and login back to TUNI Moodle. If this does not help, clear internet browser’s cache / temporary files and try again.
