Panopto resolved the problem with Panopto EU Cloud

Issue

Panopto EU cloud service has issues causing delays or site outage. During a site outage, end users may not be unable to access the service meaning they are unable to access your site, nor view, edit or upload new recordings.

NORDUnet: “Sporadic problems on Zoom, ranging from unable to connect to disconnects. Seems to be worst in Sweden. May have something to do with the update rolled on during the night. Some Zoom servers didn’t update. Looking into it.”

No issues reported from TUNI users. Please contact IT Helpdesk if you or other participants have problems in your Zoom meetings.

NORDUnet will reboot the Zoom servers and do other things in collaboration with Zoom Support to debug and hopefully fix the problems we’re having today 28 June.

Impact is interruption of service one or more times during the maintenance window.
