The problem appears so that the network connection works for a while and is off for a minute.
We recommend using a mobile data connection and TUNI-VPN until the problem is fixed.

Problem with logging in to Efecte

Issue
Logging in to Efecte (https://servicedesk.tuni.fi/) is not possible at the moment.
The self-service channel (https://helpdesk.tuni.fi/) will be able to log in, but no requests for support will be sent to Efecte.
The problem is under investigation.

Intranet (intra.tuni.fi): There might be problems with logging in between 8 and 8.30 am. Please note that changes made to content pages, news, events or your own profile may not be saved during the maintenance.
Content machine: Do not edit the content during the update, as the changes made may not be saved.
