Logging in to Efecte (https://servicedesk.tuni.fi/) is not possible at the moment.

The self-service channel (https://helpdesk.tuni.fi/) will be able to log in, but no requests for support will be sent to Efecte.

The problem is under investigation.

There is an issue in TUNI Windows computers’ SCCM software deployment system. This causes applications and updates in Software center failing to install.

Intranet (intra.tuni.fi): There might be problems with logging in between 8 and 8.30 am. Please note that changes made to content pages, news, events or your own profile may not be saved during the maintenance.

Content machine: Do not edit the content during the update, as the changes made may not be saved.
